Hello, everyone! I’m Mari from Arcadian Home blog, a wonderful online place to find beautiful interior design inspirations. We just love finding ideas for using all sorts of decorative accessories and lighting fixtures, from foyer lighting to lamps for the kitchen. I’m excited to be visiting here at Mercer Interior to share a guest post about gorgeous green rooms.

Recently there has been a lot of Internet buzz about emerald, Pantone’s 2013 Color of the Year. However, this jewel-tone hue is only one of a myriad of greens that are gorgeous in interior spaces. We hope you’ll be inspired by the seven rooms we’ve brought along to share today. Please enjoy!

In a lovely mix of modern furnishings and traditional architecture, this green and white space is so chic and stylish. Pattern on the wide window shade and cool chairs adds a special green look to this fresh living room design.

This little bedroom is at once rustic and modern. Little pops of emerald at the window and on the bed are pretty, but the over-the-top brilliant acid green hide rug is stunning. A white modern pendant light tops off the space beautifully.

Emerald Tolix chairs around a long rustic table and a citrus-hued rug on the floor add gorgeous greens and a lively vibe to this chef-worthy kitchen and atrium dining space. The kitchen lights are also quite delightful. Images 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 |5 | 6 | 7
